We are down to the wire

Just one more day to go and then we get on the plane for a month of AWE (z). April is all packed and I am still thinking about it. Got the cat sitters lined up, going to get a manicure and pedicure later today and April will get her massage and we will be set. Everything will be done and on Friday morning, we can relax before we take off.

Have the passports, tickets to everything we are planning on seeing and doing, received the Australian Visas to get in and out of the country, and have money. I think we are set.

I will send pictures in the next blogs. In the meantime, Everyone, have a great August and we will see you sometime in September.

THREE WEEKS !!!! to go

It is only three weeks until we start our Australian adventure. We can hardly wait. When we started the countdown, it was way off over 200 days and now we are down to just weeks. We have our itinerary all set up, all our flights and transfers, hotels, tours. Ready.

And we are really looking forward to seeing April's brother and sister-in-law again. The bonus to this visit is we also get to meet, for the first time, the neice - Lizzie who is lead in the play "Chorus Line" in Canberra until Aug 3rd. We will just miss seeing her because we do not arrive there until Aug 6th. And the nephew - Tom who should be in Canberra by now for summer vacation. Exciting times are ahead.

Now where did I put the list of things to pack?.....
